We ship orders Monday to Friday by APC and Royal Mail. Delivery Charges are £2 - £6.50 depending on the items purchased and a calculation will be shown to you prior to checkout.
We are happy to accept returns of online purchases from North Pole Trading, with the exception of items which have been personalised to order.
You must let us know that you wish to return an item(s) within 14 days of receipt and we must receive it within 28 days of receipt by you. To advise us of a return, please use our “Contact Us” form, quoting your Order number and a list of the items you are returning.
For us to be able to issue a refund, items must be complete with any integral packaging and undamaged (see below if your item arrived damaged).
Return postage is at customer cost, please ensure that items are securely packaged and appropriately insured, as we will not be able to refund for items damaged in transit (unless you told us it was faulty – see below).
Due to the current pandemic, all returns received will be held for 3 days before processing. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after this, in the order received by us. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where an order is returned in full, the original shipping fee will also be refunded.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrived faulty or damaged, please use our “Contact Us” form, quoting your Order number and a description of the item and fault. We may contact you for additional information so that we can review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not offering exchanges at this time, items can be returned for refund. If you require a different colour / size, please place a separate order for the new item(s).
