Christmas Delivery 

If you want to order in time for your Polar Express experience we recommend NOT ordering if your experience is in the next 10 days as your items may not arrive in time. We will have limited stock of some of the items at the experience, however pyjamas & gowns are website only items. 

Delivery costs £4.95 for standard delivery, you should receive your items in 3-5 working days after they have been dispatched. 

Items are dispatched 1-4 working days after receiving your order. If you order after 11am on Friday or order on, Saturday or Sunday we aim to ship on Monday.

Please note we only ship to the mainland UK. If we are unable to ship your parcel we will issue a full refund.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from us, however if you have any issues or want make a return you must contact us prior to returning your items. Failure to do this could result in us being unable to refund you.

Faulty Items

You have 14 days to contact us to initiated a return. All items are checked before shipping however if you feel there is a fault with your item please contact us.

Unwanted (wrong sized) Items

You have 14 days to contact us to initiate a return. All unwanted items returned to us are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and must be returned in the original quality and original packaging they were sent to you in.

Postage and packing for returning unwanted items is at your own cost and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
